      5.1      All financial transactions processed via the Website are handled through our payment services provider PayPal

                  (Europe), Sarl. + Cie, SCA (R.C.S. Luxembourg B118349). You should only provide your personal information to

                  PayPal or any other merchant which we may use after reviewing their privacy policy.

                  The Company will share your information with PayPal or any other merchant which we use only to the extent

                  necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via the Website.

                  PayPal and other merchants are not permitted by the Company to use your information for any other purpose.  

 6.   Sharing personal data

      6.1      The Company may disclose any personal data supplied by you via the Website to any of the Company’s partners,

                  employees, officers, agents, suppliers or sub-contractors in so far as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes

                  set out this privacy policy. 

      6.2      The Company may also disclose information about you:- 

                  6.2.1      To the extent that the Company is required to do so by law.

                  6.2.2      In connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings.

      7.1      In uploading personal health records to the Website, you confirm your consent to our holding such records. 

      7.2      In the event that the personal health records and all other personal data uploaded to the Website by you are the

                  records of another individual, you warrant that you have the permission of that individual to upload their personal

                  health records and other personal data to the Website and authorise us to hold the same. 

      7.3      You expressly agree to indemnify the Company in respect of any loss the Company suffers as a result of any claim

                  or complaint by a third party whose personal data and health records have been uploaded to the Website by you. 

      7.4      In the event that you need to provide any personal health records supplied by yourself and stored by us, to any

                  other person, you will be responsible for providing access to the personal health records to such person.  

      7.5      In the event that you provide such access to a third party by sharing your website password and login details with

                  them, you must change your password and login details within 24 hours of providing such login details to a third

                  party.  

      7.6      You expressly agree to indemnify the Company in respect of any loss the Company suffers as a result of any claim

                  or complaint by anyone whose personal data and health records have been uploaded to the website and shared

                  by you resulting in any misuse or loss of data by a third party.  

8.   Security of personal data

      8.1      The Company will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of any personal data

                  supplied or obtained via the Website including reasonable technical and organisational precautions.

      8.2      The Company does not accept any responsibility for the security of data transmitted via the World Wide Web.

                  to the personal data the Company holds about you or any third party whose personal data has been supplied by,

                  or collected from you, you can do so by contacting the Company using the Enquiry/Message form, by telephoning
