In an emergency, a Client's Health Record may not be rapidly available. Yet this could be crucial to immediate treatment. We offer the bonus of an optional facility for each Client being called to have the security of setting up their Personal Health Record on-line. This way details can be viewed, updated & checked at any time by simply logging in.

To protect their confidentiality, no readily identifiable personal details eg. full name, address, tel. no, are included and only they will have access to their PHR.

How It Works - After you subscribe, we email a pin no. to the Client. They then use this to set up their log-in to create their own PHR page.

This is your relative's gift - free from us to use & keep for their lifetime, even if you discontinue the Programme. And of course should they wish to delete the data, they can do so at any time.
