Our Mission Statement -

To ensure that the elderly and/or infirm and other vulnerable adults do not pass more than one day of a week without as a minimum :-

A.  Someone checking that they are answering & okay.

B.  At least one conversation to brighten their day and a contact with the outside world.

Senior Services - How We Help

Call A Day Programme

We offer a Call A Day Programme as a first line of Care to help protect especially the Elders in your community and also any other vulnerable adults.  And especially for elders, we make it easier for them to remain independent safely for longer.

A Call A Day - Six Days A Week

A Call A Day - Six days A Week

We call them daily to check they are safe and answering and that everything is okay. That's it, a call every day of a week except Sundays and including national holidays.

Our Call Care Programme assures you that any Seniors & others we help you to protect won't risk having so much as a slip and be left without anyone realising that they could be at risk.

Up To Three Calls A Day & .... More

Call A Day Programme

We try to call within a regular time range so that our Clients are expecting us.

  • If there is no answer, we call them twice again.
  • If there is still no reply, we call you to alert you.
  • If we are unable to speak to you, we will message you by answerphone or text, (or email if no other facility is available).
  • If our Call Care Program identifies a Client who appears to be at risk, or who requests us to pass on an important message, we inform you as above.

The New Neighbour Next Door

Assurance & Extra Company

You remember the old tradition of the caring neighbour next door ? The one who dropped by each day just to check that all was okay and to bring a smile and a quick chat into the day ? ..........  and because staying at home shouldn't have to mean being home alone.

This is A Call A Day - your New Neighbour Next Door.

With A Call A Day, you can now be assured that your elderly or any other vulnerable adults are being called on daily and you will be notified if we are aware of any cause for concern.

What's more, they will have the security of a daily friendly call  to look forward to -

so often a great plus when people may lack company or be on their own.

And because we understand that relationships count, our Call Care Programme aims to use the same Contact Person as much as possible for each of our Clients.
